Helene Ring Teppan was born in the Norwegian countryside, but has for the last 30 years or so mostly called Oslo home, and is now staying put.

Helene grew up learning a whole range of crafts techniques, has a background with music and theatre and holds a masters degree in cultural history among with other studies in arts and culture.
